M&M Development is a small Danish property company. We hold commercial real estate for the long term — one building we let to tenants, and the building our own companies call home.

We would rather have the right tenant on a fair, lasting agreement than chase the last krone of rent. Stability is worth more than a headline number.
Real estate is the tangible corner of the group — bricks, tenants, and buildings we use ourselves.
M&M Development ApS owns and operates commercial property in Denmark. Today that is two buildings: one let to tenants, and one that houses our own companies.
It sits alongside SDNielsen and MDN Holding as part of the same family — the same long-term, low-drama approach, applied to property instead of software.
